I completed a 8 week real food challenge with Chris. Altho losing 6 kgs was a bonus I learnt to make more positive choices in food and wellness without counting any calories or starving myself like I previously would have done. He ensured my technique was always correct , he was always reliable and punctual. Working in the same company I have seen many transformations in clients due to Chris’s knowledge and approach.
